Do you want a perfect match for your fog lights, while making them extra-bright?
You need a XenoFlo HID retrofit kit from Bimmian.
Unlike our Xenesis product, which are halogen bulbs tinted to appear closer to HID, this HID retrofit kit is a pure xenon bulb. It uses the same technology as the ones that would have come stock in your vehicle had you ordered the option from the factory.
We offer this kit in several different colors, to match your stock or upgraded OEM HID bulbs (see our XenoFlo bulbs for stock HID color upgrades).
In general (see notes below and pictures above):
3000k bulbs - Emit a Yellow Light - to be used in fog lights only
4300k bulbs - OEM HID bulbs - emit a whiteish light with a tiny bit of yellow - approx 3,200 lumens
6000k White bulbs* - Emit a pure white light - approx 3,000 lumens
8000k bulbs - Emit a light blue/cyan colored light - approx 2,750 lumens
9000k+ bulbs - Do not emit enough visible light (less than 2500 lumens). We do not carry these.
* = Note that there are indeed two different colors of 6000k bulbs available from XenoFlo. Some companies' 6000k bulbs are a pure white color, others are a purpleish color. To give our customers the most choice, we offer both 6000k purple and 6000k pure white colors.
XenoFlo HID is made in KOREA at an ISO 9002 & E-mark certified factory, Our HID retrofit kits are top quality kits that will replace any standard (9006/HB4, H7, etc.) light bulb in ANY vehicle with a REAL HID bulb. These may be used to either upgrade your fog lights to HID or to upgrade your halogen headlights to HID.
It is common knowledge within the lighting industry that Korea is by far the Asian leader in the manufacture of lighting. This is why most of the multinational billion dollar lighting companies (that you probably think produce in Germany) produce there.
In our quest to find the best quality bulbs, with the longest lifetime, best reliability, lowest defect-rates, and consistent color quality, we too decided to produce our XenoFlo products at an ISO certified factory in Korea. Our cost on these bulbs is more than double the cost of similar kits from China, yet, during our special offer, you can get high quality Korean XenoFlo bulbs, for the same price (or less) than our competitors sell their Chinese brand bulbs for.
While shopping for HID lights for your vehicle, make sure you ask the vendors of competing products where their HID bulbs and ballasts are made! Beware of competitors products which are made in China or Taiwan. The quality of these goods cannot compete with Korean manufactured lighting, and have defect rates of up to 50% over the first year!
Installation of this product is quite easy, and very detailed installation instructions are provided. This kit comes with all the miscellaneous accessories that you will require for installation as well, such as wire tie wraps and mounting bracket.
EXCLUSIVE TO BIMMIAN: Bimmian now offers our exclusive custom adaptors for a quick and easy installation to upgrade the halogen bulbs to Xenon bulbs in E46 vehicles. The installation is plug n' play and requires no drilling, glueing or removal of the headlight assembly.
While most fog light installations and some head light installations are simply a plug-and-play installation, permanent modification to some lights, particularily H7 headlights such as E39 and others, may be required for the installation of this kit. Note: All bulbs of a certain color temperature emit the same color of light, but due to the characteristics of the light housing where bulbs are installed and whether or not the housing has a projector, the color temperature may appear skewed, making it look more white, more blue, or more purple.
Note: Before installation, DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB. If this occurs, the lifetime of the bulb will be shortened significantly, and your warranty will be voided. For this reason, we are not able to accept returns on any HID bulb which has had its packaging opened.
